5. Absolutely NO pets are allowed in the rental units due to Condo-Association Rules; Violation will result in forfeiture of your deposit & and rent.
6. Please leave units in good condition- there are trash chutes on every floor.
7. The property may not be used for unlawful purpose. By renting this unit, you are assuming all risks & liabilities for any damage or excessive wear to the unit. Any damage above your deposit will be charged to the registered guest.
8. No one under 21 years of age will be allowed to rent these units without accompanying parent.
9. Please occupy NO more than 2 parking places (2 autos) at complex
